A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

The project is a continuation of the applicant’s activities in the field of innovative approaches to ensure the production of precision products manufactured by powder metallurgy technology, which is one of the new and developing production processes that allow to replace the classical production of precision parts from special materials.

In view of the fact that the applicant is constantly ensuring the development of new products and production processes in its own development centre, it is constantly under pressure to invest in new advanced technologies and, like the entire business sector, is operating in an undercapitalised environment marked by the crisis in the financial markets and a lack of liquidity. Therefore, in order to ensure further growth and to maintain its market position in the technologically demanding segment of powder metallurgy, it is essential to help with technology upgrades, without which the project cannot be implemented in full.

The provision of aid will allow for immediate effects, expressed in terms of measurable outcome indicators, as well as long-term sustainability, expressed in terms of impact indicators.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

Increase competitiveness by installing innovative technology to improve the quality and increase the employment of young people, i.e.

– Innovation of production technology with a focus on increasing competitiveness.

– Creation of new jobs related to the installation of innovative technology.

Innovation of spatial modelling production process of engineering products made of combined materials

A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

The aim of the project was the development and implementation of an innovative process for the efficient production of products using 3D modelling and subsequent refinement with innovative technologies. The main activity of the project was to reduce the technological gap in the Slovak Republic. It included the introduction of an innovative process into a production line used to produce parts of very complex geometry, with a combination of different materials, shapes and sizes in one production cycle. At the same time, innovative hardening, grinding and pressing technologies are used in the line, resulting in high-precision innovative products with the required technological properties, which have not been produced in the Slovak Republic so far. The line is divided into four innovative technological units: Innovative ADITIVE MANUFACTURING, Innovative hardening technology, Innovative high precision CNC automatic grinding technology, Innovative pressing technology of combined materials. The constructed innovative process creates conditions for the production of products with a high share of Slovak development, which are not yet produced in the Slovak Republic.
